A 12-week individual, somatic coaching program for moms who want to live vibrant lives, free from the binds of unconscious (autonomic) patterns that keep them stuck.

What if I told you, Dear One, that there is actually nothing wrong with you, and that there’s no such thing as true balance? And what if I told you that the society that most of us live in has taught us to disregard the plea of the body, a plea that begs us to pay attention to it so that it can guide us into actually being present to our daily lives?


You are not alone in feeling at war with your emotions. You’re not alone in your physical responses to stress. So many of us moms carry the unprocessed burdens of our lineage. Since we cannot change our past, the key is in awakening to the brilliance of your autonomic (unconscious) nervous system.

Here’s what you’ll learn

Week 1—Orienting

We’ll orient to one another, our environment, our breath and the program. We’ll talk about what your life looks like now and what you want it to be.

Week 2—Autonomic Beginnings

We’ll begin to discover the basics of the Autonomic Nervous System.

Week 3—Discover your Anchors

Explore patterns of ease and the anchors that help you find your way back. Explore your autonomic patterns through sensation.

Week 4— Wonder about the Wondering Nerve

Take a deeper dive into the Autonomic Nervous System through learning about the vagus nerve. Discover the power of the ventral vagus through sensation and image.

Week 5—What Goes Up Must Come down

This is always true…unless you’re stuck. So let’s get unstuck! We give our attention and intention to developing internal tracking skills and begin to notice impulses.

Week 6—
Window of tolerance

I’ll provide guidance through your everyday life to discover opportunities to drop into rest, mindfulness, and settling. Learn about your window of tolerance.

Week 7—Mindfully Engage the Rage

Gain clairty on your signs and signals of brewing rage through mindfully tracking signs and signals of nervous-system activation.

Week 8 —Dissociation Station Heading to Shut Down Town

Similarly to last week, gain clairty on the signs and signs of dissociation and shut down and utilize sensory experiences to help you get up from feeling down.

Week 9—Explore Elements of SSSafe

Get to know the signs and signals that your nervous system gives you to let you know you’re in a state of safety. Once again, we’ll draw and move out of feelings of safety.

Week 10—Confront the Shitty Feeling

Explore brilliant nervous system patterns that have kept you safe in the past, but are now keeping you stuck. We’ll pull from our Resiliency Toolbox and learn how to manage overwhelm.

Week 11—Be the Buffalo

Learn the story of the buffalo and integrate it through drawing, movement, and breath. This will help you identify potential storms in your life and gain clarity on how to get through.

Week 12—honorable Closure

Reflect together, honor the growth you’ve made, and share your Resiliency Toolkit. We’ll continue to utilize movement, breath, and guided imagery to embody celebration!

We’ll meet on Zoom Tuesdays and Wednesdays sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. PST—I’ll work with you to find the best time. We’ll also meet weekly to explore the patterns of your nervous system. In between sessions, you’ll have access to asynchronous coaching. All you need is a private space and an internet connection!

Hi! I’m Jessica. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who has spent the past 12 years steeped in the human growth process through my work with trauma survivors.

  • For this high-touch individual program you will need to be present for at least 10 of the 12 sessions. Jessica can provide material for missed live explorations for two sessions if needed.

  • Nope! This program is curated for each of you, meeting you exactly where you are. Jessica will gently guide you through befriending your nervous system, mindful not to add to your overwhelm. Together we will explore current patterns, get you acquainted with them and begin to carve the pathways to more present living.

  • No. Jessica supports individuals with varying levels of mindfulness knowledge into increased awareness of their specific nervous system. She teaches each participant about mindfulness and how to use it as a tool to increase resiliency and stress capacity.

  • Yes. We offer monthly payment plans.

  • Asynchronous coaching is coaching that does not happen in real time. Participants may have a question, a stuck point, or want to share a success that they would like feedback on in between sessions. So, you will send Jessica a WhatsApp message (video or text), and she will support you with a video back within 48 hours.

  • This is a big one for most folks, Jessica included! The invitations to draw during the modules are not focused on rendering realistic portrayals. We encourage the use of drawing, putting something on paper, as a way for conscious and unconscious material to come out. Drawing gets us out of our heads and into our experiences. Also participants all receive a care package prior to beginning with basic materials for the course. You are free to add anything you want to your creative expression kits!
